Once placing your order, no alterations or cancellations can be made. If you noticed you have entered your shipping details incorrectly, please email us at hellolettiandme@outlook.com and we will try our hardest to resolve the issue

 RETURN CONDITIONS

We will happily provide you with a refund for your item(s), given you meet the following criteria:

• Returned within 30 days of purchase
• The item is unworn, unwashed and in the original conditions
• Must have all tags still attached
• Proof/Receipt of purchase 

Unfortunately do not accept returns on sale/discounted items.

For hygiene reasons we are unable to accept the below items for return.

• Earrings
• Swimwear

 You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item(s). Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.
